Clubs of the Austrian School of Economics (Clubs of ASE) by Mises Institute (IM)

The Austrian School of Economics increasingly engages the interest of Poles. The significant number of comments and questions our organization receives by e-mail proves it. Books of important authors such as Mises, Hayek, and Rothbard can be read in Polish. Additionally, Mises’ significant book, Human Action has also been translated. With these translations, Polish knowledge of Austrian Economics may be deepened. However, a lack of professional lecturers willing to give lectures on related themes is a problem. Our idea is to solve this problem by creating a network of self-learning clubs. We invite students and donors to take part in project “Clubs of ASE”. The first self-learning club functions in Warsaw.

1. Purpose

Our idea is to excite interested individuals into self-learning ideas from the Austrian School of Economics and to provide substantial organizational help with such self-learning. We wish that in time we will help to bring a network of centers of Austrian thought in Poland, with logotype of Clubs of the ASE spreading free-market ideas.
